"Ideen" is a task based communicative course for teenagers designed to get them talking. Getting teenage students involved in discussions about themselves is not easy but "Ideen" uses subjects and material far removed from everyday events such as articles on teen "idols" and the qualities they possess to survive in today's world to catch students interest and provoke discussions. These subjects are then compared to regular daily events using a wide range of text formats including magazine and newspaper articles, interviews, songs, poems and photo stories.
