As a consultant, coach and trainer, he helps executives and their teams as they undergo change. After several years of first-hand experience with the Reiss Motivation Profile®, he worked together with the University of Luxembourg in developing the LUXXprofile and the ID37 personality assessment. Thomas Staller is an acclaimed expert on personality, motivation and behavior. Cornelia Kirschke is an industrial engineer with extensive experience in marketing and communications management. She has worked with a variety of global media, telecommunications and information technology companies.
