KOJI KUZE joined a foreign company after graduating from Keio University. While there, he studied resilience and became a certified resilience master trainer. After that, he established a school for working adults, and human resources and instructors on resilience. The corporate resilience training was featured in shows like NHK’s Today’s Close-up and Kansai Television’s Super News.
