This is a helpful book that shows how and why bridging home and school for a child with EAL is so important. It includes so many sensible and practical ideas, such as visual timetables and reminders that will support a child with EAL settle more successfully into their setting. -- June O'Sullivan MBE, Chief Executive, London Early Years Foundation
